Now home to the Moore family, Trigony Hotel combines the welcoming ambience of a country house hotel in Scotland with the comfort expected of a much loved family home.
Mother and son team, Judy and Adam Moore established a reputation for their hospitality & cuisine using mainly local organic ingredients. This tradition is carried on by Adam & his Partner Jan, providing guests with a relaxed atmosphere in which they can fully enjoy exploring this beautiful part of Scotland.
Dining, whether in the restaurant overlooking the gardens, or in the cosy bar with its welcoming open fire is always a pleasure. All the food is prepared with the greatest of care from the homemade organic bread to the ice-cream.
