In 2014 for the fourth year running we won gold medals for our rustic cuisine at the Scottish hotel awards, and we are looking forward to the challenges of 2015.
Our award winning rustic cuisine & Informal dining complemented by wines, carefully chosen to blend with the food are one of the most important reasons many of our customers tell us they return time after time.
All Ingredients are sourced locally and the produce we use is free range & organic when ever possible. From Summer through the Autumn our small Walled garden supplies us with fresh vegetables and fruit.
We have an unfussy and slightly old fashioned approach to food, taking our inspiration from British & Mediterranean peasant dishes as well as using classic Indian & south east Asian influences on our menu.
